Early Years and Culinary Intrigue

Born on March 1, 1980 in a Clovis New Mexico, Trevor developed a deep appreciation for food and a knack for creating mouthwatering flavors manifested early on.

From Amateur to Master: The Apprenticeship

After completing high school, Trevor decided to become a licensed plumber. After many years of Plumbing and raising a family he quickly moved on to be a Plumbing and Mechanical Inspector for the City of Lubbock. Inspector you say! Why yes that is where the name of our sauce creations come from! Did we mention he is married to a very clever woman and she came up with the awesome name!

While mastering the science behind creating the perfect barbeque sauce, Trevor incorporated his sauces on his meats during cooking competitions. You guessed it, he won! Grand Champion titles, first and second place with his entries! The Inspector’s Choice BBQ Sauce sent his dishes right into the winners circle.

November 2022, armed with his newfound expertise, Trevor and his wife Crystal took a leap of faith and launched Inspector's Choice BBQ Sauce. Initially, they began by selling his delectable sauces at local farmer's markets and community gatherings, where word of his culinary prowess quickly spread. By focusing on quality ingredients and infusing each bottle with his personal touch, this dynamic husband and wife team have started building a dedicated fanbase, one satisfied taste bud at a time.
